A 38 year old man with chronic cough was admitted to this hospital recently. 
He had been in good health until about 4 months before admission
except for type C chronic hepatitis. He had had a hobby of breeding pigeons.
Then gradual onset of dry cough developed especially when he inspired. 
He had consumed a moderate amount of cigarette but discontinued because of its
bad taste. The dry cough became comparing exertional dyspnea and insomnia
with sweat due to nocturnal cough. He visited a near-by physician and a
pneumonia was a probable diagnosis and he was referred to this hospital.
The chest X ray and CT scan of the lung are presented here. 
What was the diagnosis?
